Norwich Terrier - endoscopy research

Trachealkollaps
Flexibility and elasticity of the trachea is important for a dog's
quality of life (the same like healthy joints and heart).
A healthy trachea of circle profile gives the to dog a possibility
of free breathing - without coughing, choking and respiratory arrest.
A trachea which is sick, flabby or collapsing causes at least a permanent
discomfort in breathing.
In extreme cases it may even cause the death of your pet.
Our young Norwich Terriers -
EIFFEL and TEDDY
first dogs of this breed in Poland
have been tested in the direction
of finding the collapsing trachea.
We have great results!

This is a very important study to assess the health status of the upper respiratory tract of the dog.

Trachealkollaps Grade Here we present drawings showing the successive stages of collapsing trachea.

There is also introduced a clear indication (as in studies of the hip joints and kneecaps). With these indications, you can easily describe the test result.
